1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase from Regale-store.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

  • Personal care items.
  • Perishable goods.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@regalestore.com and ship your item to the address provided in the email response.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
  • In cases where the return is due to a defect or damage, Regale-store will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products (if any)
